 How to put on beaded bracelets:

1. Use any type of body oil

2. Apply oil to the hand that you intend to wear the bracelets on

3. Gently roll on each bracelet one at a time 

- Bracelets are not meant to be removed, they are water resistant 

- When bathing gently wash in between bracelets 

- If you purchase multiple sets, the sets may be similar but not exact
